Description of the resort affiliated villas

All exterior doors and windows are built out of the highest grade aluminium systems in wood color tones, by the German makers SCHUCO and GU. All glazing is double, with laminated safety glass, and there are automated roller shutters and insect nets everywhere. Thermal comfort is further ensured through the use of top-of-the-range VRV/inverter air-conditioners by DAIKIN, with invisible ducting and slot diffusers. Flooring and cabinetry are made with top-grade Iroco and Teak solid wood, while extensive use of local masonry is made throughout the residences and their outdoor areas.
