A brand new compound is being built at the border of one of the most renowned and well established compounds of Halkidiki region for many years.

The compound is situated at the western side of Cassandra peninsula, 75 km away from Makedonia international airport of Thessaloniki.

The villas’ surrounding is an evergreen pinewood forest - probably one of the most beautiful of the country - spreading over thousands of acres and next to a crystal water sea, a typical sample of the unique Mediterranean landscape. The golden sand beaches of the area have been repeatedly honored with the European Union Blue Flag.

The residencies

It consists of 50 detached family houses developed on bordering plots of the existing compound, with residences of 90, 110, 125, 145 and 170 sq.m., most of them with private swimming pools and exclusive use of 1,000m2 gardens per villa. All the residencies have been built amphitheatrically with the best possible orientation to increase autonomy and panoramic view of the Aegean and mount Olympus. Traditional architectural style of Halkidiki has been respected and natural material like stone and tropical timber used.

All residencies are independent two-storied houses with 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, autonomous central heating and many extras.  

Upon demand, specific requests may be satisfied as there are still some plots of land waiting to be developed in the same area.
