Nafpaktos is a small historical and picturesque town in a distance of 8 km. from Antirio and 216 km. from Athens. It’s built amphitheatrically on the side of a hill, which lies on the sea opposite to Peloponnese between Delphi and Messologi. The old town situated in the Walls has kept its own style, its old face. Your look meets everywhere the beauty, the harmony, the serenity. Very easy you can find out small or big traditional particularities even among the cement and the antennas of modern buildings.

Green enough, plenty of waters, big old platans, clear sea, spotless yards with beautiful gardens, a marvelous fort and small port together which is the smallest and the most beautiful in all over Mediterranean and its powerful castle that is “testifier” of its adventurous history.

Its climate is considered one of the best of the country. It is mild with a soft winter and a cool summer. The middle temperature of the place is 18ºC. Today, the town it’s got the look of a civil composition which is developed along a seaside of 5 and more kilometers.

The resort - complex of cottages and apartments

This resort consists of 34 two-floor cottages and 8 penthouse apartments in the outskirts of Nafpaktos.

Each cottage has its own private garden (plots ranging from 280m2 to 550m2), while the 8 seafront cottages also have private swimming pools along the beach.

The sitting and living rooms all face the large inland park.

Almost all the residences have two outdoor parking spaces in special exclusive zones (in addition to the private garden), and pergolas, either in the garden or the veranda. Also, several residences have quite large semi covered areas with views of the inland park and the sea.

The largest cable stay bridge in the world - 2.8 kilometres long - is a landmark of the landscape both night and day (RIO-ANTIRRION).

The estate occupies an entire, independent 100m x 160m building block; it has an 100m coastal facade and borders with a green area to the west. It consists of 14 attractive, high specification buildings, which include cottages and apartments, all with a disarming view of the bridge, irrespective of their location, due to the placement of the buildings and the 3m altitude difference between the seaside residences and the rest of the residences. The main communal facilities include a 2000m2 inland park with two swimming pools (a 25m pool and a shallow children's pool) and a large garden.

Price list ranges from 2,000 to 2,500 Euro per square meter depending on location and exclusive land use.
