Villa Tea is a contemporary Cycladic villa located in Agios Georgios, 12km from Antiparos Village. The villa is set on a 1000 m2 plot of land and benefits from both sea views as well as great landscape views. The sandy beach of Agios Georgios is a 10-minute walk away, and the town of Antiparos is easily accessed by car. It is an ideal location for those who want a peaceful holiday within easy reach of shops and life in town.

Villa Tea was built in 2009 with an interior that has been simply decorated in earth tones. Built on two levels this five bedroom property has the benefit of two separate entrances. One entrance leads to the main house which has a large living room, open plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. From the dining room you step out onto a covered terrace, which is an outdoor dining area with cushioned seats where you can relax with a magazine out of the midday sun. There is also a covered BBQ area and a second outdoor dining area on the east side of the house. On the first floor of the main house there are two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The master-bedroom features a king size bed as well as a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be joined together.

The guest area is on the west side of the property and it features 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchenette. An outdoor staircase at the back of the house leads to the fifth bedroom, which has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

You can rent the whole of Villa Tea which sleeps up to 10 guests or the guest area* which sleeps up to 6 guests. (4 adults 2 children).

*Note: guest area has a kitchenette which is not equipped for cooking. The kitchenette has a fridge, toaster and kettle.
