The house is situated in a complex of separated houses with a big garden in the exclusive area of Kountouros in south Kea.

Sandy beach is within 5 minutes walk, as well as restaurant and beach cafes. Shopping is 10 minutes drive. The main port of Kea island is reachable within a 25 minutes drive.

This property consists of three double bedroom one of which double bed, two shower rooms one sitting/dining room and a Kitchen. It has air condition and a very large veranda with a BBQ. It is fully furnished & equipped. There is an extra independent guest room with one bedroom (two single beds), a kitchenette and shower room, also fully air conditioned. In the yard there is a built oven. The views are unique, while the whole area is surrounded by trees.

About 25 stairs, is the sea level, from which one can dive directly into the sea or sit and sunbathe.
