In one of the most beautiful resort of Halkidiki, Elani, 200 meters from a beautiful sandy beach (7 minutes walk), a villa of 150 meters is for rent.

 This villa can host 8 persons and features three levels of 50 meters each. More precisely, on the semi basement, there is one large bedroom with three beds, one large hall and a bathroom. The ground floor features a large and comfortable living room and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. From the ground floor there is a direct access to the garden of total 500 meters. The first floor comprises three double bedrooms and one very large bathroom. All bedrooms of the first floor have their veranda with nice forest view.

 The house is fully furnished and equipped and has TV, DVD and internet.

In the compound there is a swimming pool, a restaurant, a play ground, a mini market, a tennis court and a basket ball court. The beach is organized with umbrellas and sun beds.
