The kitchen area has stainless steel wall shelves and is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware, as well as a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven.

The separate bathroom is very small and contains a wall mounted hand shower without a shower base.

The apartment's greatest asset is its huge verandas, totaling 60 m2! Filled with plants, they provide a cool, shady, tranquil environment with a choice between two seating areas, depending on the time of day!

In antiquity, this newly fashionable neighborhood was the home of the potters and vase painters of ancient Athens, who produced the majority of Attic vessels. Only part of the ancient demos has been excavated. A scenic pedestrian walkway, which begins very close to the house, links the Kerameikos archaeological site to the New Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis.
