Significant financing facility

For some properties offered for sale in Halkidiki, the seller (constructing company) offers the significant facility to the owner to get a 100% financial aid for acquiring a property by leasing the property back to the seller.

If the owner wishes to be granted such a facility, he will be entitled to stay in his house 7 weeks a year. Otherwise he will have to bear an extra cost. The rest of the time his house will be rented to the seller who will be entitled in his turn to sub rent it to third parties. By proceeding so, all running expenses of the house will be covered by the seller. Under this scenario if the owner has acquired a loan for the purchase of his house the total sum of the loan may be paid back through the income which will incur from the renting.
